Join a well-established Social Housing organisation in a key Finance Business Partner role where you will play an important part in supporting financial decision-making and performance across the business. This Finance Business Partner opportunity is offered on an initial 12-week interim contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. The role is based in Peterborough and offers a competitive day rate between 220 280, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner who enjoys working closely with operational teams, providing strategic financial insight, and driving performance within a housing environment. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be: Partnering with operational and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making Preparing and presenting management accounts, forecasts and financial reports Supporting budget setting, financial planning and variance analysis Providing financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders across the organisation Identifying financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance Supporting wider finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives Id love to speak with anyone who has: Previous experience working as a Finance Business Partner or within a similar strategic finance role Experience working within Social Housing or a regulated environment (highly desirable) Strong management accounting and financial analysis skills The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or working towards Key requirements for this Finance Business Partner role: Experience within management accounting or business partnering Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment The role is offering: 220 280 per day depending on experience Initial 12-week interim contract Strong potential for the role to become permanent Opportunity to work within a well-established Social Housing organisation Travel & Location This Finance Business Partner role is based in Peterborough, supporting finance operations across the organisation.
