CNC Turner or CNC Miller Fanuc Control for Lathe and Heidenhein for millers Medium-Sized Engineering Firm Experienced CNC Turner or CNC Miller required for a permanent role with a medium-sized engineering firm. Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Turner or CNC Millers to join their team. This role initially operates on a morning shift or Twilight Shift Key Responsibilities CNC Turner or CNC Miller Program, set, and operate CNC turning or milling machines using Fanuc or Heidenhein controls Follow offline programming, tooling sheets, and machining instructions Download CNC programs and save proven files once parts are inspected Operate manual machining centers where applicable Maintain high standards of housekeeping and minimise waste Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings accurately Change tool inserts and adjust offsets to meet drawing specifications and tolerances Monitor quality and productivity, supporting continuous improvement initiatives Follow written instructions, safe working practices, and maintain a tidy work area Report any quality, safety, or machine issues to your supervisor or line manager Candidate Requirements Minimum 4 years experience on CNC turning or milling machines Proficient in Fanuc or heidenhein control systems Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings High levels of concentration and focus to meet production targets and deadlines Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused Hours & Pay Monday Thursday: 6:00am 3:00pm or Monday Thursday: 3.00pm to 1.00am 36 hours per week Salary is 16.50 to 19 on Days and Between 21 and 22 on afternoons How to Apply To apply for this CNC Turner/Miller role , please submit your CV in Word format highlighting your CNC turning experience and proficiency with Fanuc controls.
