Your primary focus will be to transition our site from a reactive environment to a proactive. You will: Innovate & Build: With a mixture of automation and manual machinery, mixers, ovens, robotic arms, wrappers - you will be the leading engineer to ensure these are maintained. Drive Reliability: Embed advanced maintenance strategies and use continuous improvement techniques to eliminate root-cause failures. Optimize Performance: Maintain and enhance manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency. Lead with Excellence: Coordinate site engineering activities while upholding the highest H&S and Food Safety standards. To be successful, you will need: Expertise Multi-skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias Qualifications 16th Edition (or higher) & Mechanical qualification Industry Exp.
