Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers broad exposure across transactional finance within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts function, supporting credit control, purchase ledger, sales invoicing, and reconciliations. The role offers scope to get involved in month-end activities and audit preparation depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Credit control and setting credit limits Processing sales invoices and dispatch documentation Managing payment runs and allocating payments Processing expenses and credit card claims Bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations Supporting supplier and customer queries Assisting with VAT returns, accruals, prepayments and audit preparation (where applicable) Requirements Previous experience within an accounts department Experience in credit control and accounts payable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ideally AAT qualified or studying Experience with SAP Business One advantageous Whats on Offer 28k32k salary Onsite role in Fowlmere Early finish on Fridays Strong pension contribution and private medical cover Opportunity to develop within a respected and growing business TPBN1_UKTJ
