Pay: 18.50 per hour Job description: We are currently recruiting two experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start in Delamere. This is a three-month contract working for a subcontractor on a major new build housing development, delivered on behalf of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the UK. The Role: You will be working as part of an established groundworks team on a large-scale residential scheme. Duties will include: All aspects of groundworks on new build housing Drainage (foul 'storm) installation Foundations, footings, and concrete works Kerbing and edging General site duties as required Requirements: Proven experience in groundworks, particularly on new build housing projects Strong drainage experience is essential Valid CSCS card (required) NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own PPE Whats on Offer: Immediate start 1 month consistent work Opportunity to work on a major residential development Competitive rates If you are an experienced Groundworker available to start immediately, please apply now with your CV or contact details.
