A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected and long-established estate agency in the Bridgwater area. Were seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer or Residential Sales Manager to become an integral part of a successful team. Salary is flexible depending on experience, with excellent earning potential. The Role You will work closely with the existing sales portfolio and will be involved in: Conducting valuations and winning new instructions Managing viewings and progressing sales Growing the branchs market presence Delivering exceptional customer service About You Were looking for someone who is: An experienced estate agency professional currently a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Sales Manager A proven business winner with a strong track record in sales and instructions Highly professional, personable, organised and proactive Driven, loyal and motivated to build long-term success Able to hit the ground running and perform as a strong all rounder Lettings experience would be an advantage Salary & Benefits Basic salary: 26,00030,000 (depending on experience) OTE: 29,000 for Senior Neg level, up to 40,000+ for an experienced Sales Manager Warm, supportive team and long-term career progression If youre seeking a rewarding role within a company that truly values its staff, wed love to hear from you.
