Licensed Trade Charity is recruiting a Marketing Content and Design Coordinator to start April 2026. Licensed Trade Charity (LTC, Registered Charity No. 230011) operates across two core areas of impact: providing wellbeing and financial support to people working in licensed hospitality and delivering high quality education through the LTC Education Group (LTCEG), the LTCs education arm. LTCEG comprises five independent schools across the UK, providing outstanding education and pastoral care to children and young people. Together, LTC and LTCEG are united by a shared mission: Transforming Lives, Unleashing Potential. We are seeking a hands on, capable and creative professional to take ownership of content creation, campaign support and production management to support the marketing activities across all our schools and the charity. The successful applicant will design and produce assets including brochures, prospectuses, banners, social assets, ad-production for printed/online publications, ad-hoc design tasks & liaison with external suppliers. Essentials for this role include: At least 1 years workplace experience producing print and digital marketing materials, including experience liaising with external suppliers and media agencies. Mandatory: MS Office suite, advanced Canva skills and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Desirable: WordPress & platforms e.g. HubSpot / Mailchimp, video editing capability. Excellent verbal and written skills, attention to detail, organisation & teamwork. Flexibility to travel to schools as needed full clean drivers licence. This is a full time, 52 week a year role based at our LVS Ascot school. We offer flexible working, competitive salary & benefits package. Closing date for applications is 20th March 2026.
