What Youll Be Doing: Grass cutting, strimming and edging Hedge trimming and pruning Planting and seasonal landscaping work Weeding and general site maintenance Keeping commercial, residential and public sites looking their best Youll work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you gain experience. What Were Looking For: Previous gardening, grounds or outdoor experience (ideal but not essential) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Full UK driving licence (advantageous) PA1/PA6 or horticultural qualifications (a bonus, not required) Were open to experienced operatives and those looking to build a long-term career in horticulture.
