Job Title: Civils Supervisor / Foreman Location: Oldham Rate: 220250 per day (DOE) Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor / Foreman to oversee groundworks packages on major new-build developments in Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong earthworks experience to join a busy and well-established project team. Role Overview: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating groundworks operations from initial site strip and bulk earthworks through to drainage, foundations, and associated infrastructure works. The role requires strong leadership on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all groundworks activities from initial earthworks phase Managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant Ensuring works are carried out in line with programme and specifications Maintaining high standards of health 'safety on site Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings Coordinating with site management and reporting progress Requirements: Proven experience supervising groundworks on major new-build developments Strong background in bulk earthworks and infrastructure packages Valid CSCS Card SMSTS or SSSTS (essential) First Aid at Work (preferred) Excellent organisational and communication skills Whats on Offer: Competitive day rate of 220250 (dependent on experience) Immediate start Ongoing work on a major development TPBN1_UKTJ
