We''re looking for people committed to taking the next step in their career, keen to join a company whose growth trajectory opens up hundreds of inspiring development opportunities - and whose current team can''t wait for you to join the family.Role | Store Manager 45 hours per weekTo lead a team of 30-40 members of staff in totalTo delegate certain tasks to your supervisors to ensure standards are maintained during all opening hoursTo help manage our team members'' morale and happiness at work while guiding their career developmentTo implement & improve service processes while constantly looking out for ways to improve the way we operateTo monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain our 5 hygiene ratingEnsure and enforce the use of current systems to operate The Salad ProjectAssist in hiring and developing our staff to suit the needs of the store and the businessTo maintain control over the P&L of the restaurantTo report any issues or wins to the management teamTo celebrate the staff winsTo ensure proper maintenance of the storeAnd most importantly, to ensure The Salad Project continues to offer great customer service, great operational service and great tasting, healthy food Expectations | Efficiency, Communication, EnergyStrong proficiency in organising a large teamAbility to lead from the front while looking out for issues throughout the dayAbility to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happenCommunication skills, knowing when to use a firm hand or a softer approachPositive energy and dedication to the teamStrong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment Experience Requirements | 2 Years Ideally, you will have 2 years'' experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industryAbility to commit full timeA desire to make a career in hospitality.
