Marketing ManagerLocation: Hybrid - 3 days per week in LeedsSalary: £35,000 - £40,000The Opportunity - Marketing ManagerAn established, technology-driven business operating in the payments and e-commerce space is looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function and build it from the ground up.This is not just an execution role. Youll act as the central driver of marketing delivery across the business - product managing activity across multiple departments and external agencies to ensure projects land on time and generate real commercial impact.Youll have the autonomy to shape the marketing direction, with external specialist support available for areas such as SEO and web development.What Youll Be Doing - Marketing ManagerTaking full ownership of the companys marketing plan and budgetDriving brand recognition and spearheading lead generation initiativesManaging relationships and performance of third-party marketing agenciesHolding internal teams and external partners accountable for deliveryLeading website redesign and update projects across multiple business entitiesManaging website content updates and blog creationImplementing and overseeing the social media strategy (content planning, creation, scheduling)Managing branding across all company materials (internal & external)Tracking marketing performance and reporting on brand and lead generation effectivenessSupporting new product launches and promotional campaignsWhat Were Looking For - Marketing ManagerAt least 2+ years experience in a Marketing Manager roleStrong B2B marketing backgroundExperience running or owning a marketing function / departmentProven ability to manage agencies and prioritise deliveryComfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating multiple stakeholdersStrong project management and analytical skillsCommercially minded with a focus on growth and resultsAmbitious, proactive, and motivated to build something rather than just maintain itNote: Payments or financial services experience is not required.TPBN1_UKTJ
