With a strong local presence in Belfast and the backing of a global network, they offer the perfect blend of collaboration, expertise, and career opportunity.The RoleAs an Insurance Account Executive, you will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients, focusing on both growth and retention. You will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic insurance advice and building long-term, trusted relationships. You will be supported by a highly experienced team including Account Managers, a New Business Broker, Contact Manager and a dedicated Claims Team - enabling you to focus on what you do best: advising clients and driving business forward.Key ResponsibilitiesPlace a broad range of commercial insurance risks across the marketProvide expert, tailored advice to clients on their insurance programmes and risk exposuresAct as a key point of contact for clients and insurer partnersDeliver exceptional service standards, including the efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and client queriesManage individual client cases accurately and in line with regulatory requirementsMaintain strict confidentiality and adhere to internal compliance proceduresEnsure all company policies and regulatory obligations are upheld at all times CRITERIAOur client is keen to speak with experienced insurance professionals who can demonstrate:Proven experience in an Account Handling or Account Executive role within the commercial/corporate insurance sectorStrong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance productsExperience managing a varied portfolio, including larger and more complex risksExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational and case management abilitiesThe ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with clients and insurer partnersCII qualification (or working towards) preferredBENEFITS Competitive salary (dependent on experience)The opportunity to join a globally respected brokerage with genuine career progressionA collaborative and supportive team environmentExposure to complex and interesting commercial risksIf you are an ambitious insurance professional looking to take the next step in your career with a market-leading organisation, we would love to hear from you.
