Manpower are now recruiting for a Recycling Operative for a busy plant based close to Stallingborough. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent after an initial probationary period.Location * Close to Stallingborough * Own transport essential due to location (no public transport)Shift Pattern * Monday-Friday (Rotating shifts)Week 1: * Monday-Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm * Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pmWeek 2: * Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00amPay rate£12.50 per hour * £13.40 per hour from 4:00am-6:00am and 10:00pm-12:00am Key Responsibilities * Working within a recycling plant environment * Sorting and processing recyclable materials * Following health 'safety procedures * Maintaining cleanliness of the work area * Supporting the team to meet daily targetsWhat We're Looking ForExperience * Previous experience in recycling, production, manufacturing or warehouse work preferred * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements * Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties * Able to work full shift patterns including early starts and late finishesAdditional Requirements * Reliable and punctual * Not suitable for students or short-term break periods * Flexibility to work overtime if requiredWhat You'll Get * Ongoing, continuous work * Temp to Perm opportunity after 12 weeks * Weekly pay (if applicable)How to Apply Apply online today or contact the Grimsby Manpower office for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
