This is your chance to join a company that values continuous improvement, invests in it's people and champions a culture of accountability, clarity and excellence.What youll be doingIn this varied role, youll be a key guardian of the companys Quality Management System - ensuring compliance, enhancing processes, and supporting a strong right-first-time culture. Your day-to-day will include:Quality Management SystemMaintaining and improving the QMS to AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and FDA standardsReviewing and developing quality procedures, work instructions, and documentationSupporting internal, customer and regulatory auditsEnsuring adherence to customer-specific and regulatory requirementsProduct & Process Quality AssuranceProviding engineering support for manufacturing and inspection teamsLeading First Article Inspections (AS9102)Creating and reviewing control plans, inspection plans and acceptance criteriaApplying SPC, Cp/Cpk and trend analysis to drive quality performanceRisk Management & ValidationSupporting IQ/OQ/PQ validation activityAssuring validated state of manufacturing processes, equipment and softwareParticipating in design reviews to ensure compliance from concept to releaseNonconformance & CAPALeading investigations using 8D, Fishbone and 5 Why methodsImplementing, verifying and closing CAPAsSupporting management of deviations, nonconformances and customer complaintsSupplier Quality & CISupporting supplier qualification and auditsManaging incoming quality concernsDriving Lean, Six Sigma and operational excellence initiativesWhat youll bringEssential:Previous experience in a Quality Engineering roleStrong understanding of inspection & test equipmentExcellent communication and documentation skillsAnalytical mindset and a proactive, positive attitudeDesirable:Degree in Engineering, Quality or related fieldSix Sigma Green/Black BeltAuditor certificationExperience in aerospace or medical devicesKnowledge of AS9100, ISO 13485 & ISO 9001Experience with ERP (EFACS), SPC tools (MeasurLink), and project managementWhy apply? xjdpvnf Youll join a supportive, forward-thinking engineering organisation where quality is truly valued - and where your ideas, expertise, and continuous-improvement mindset will make a visible impact.Other roles you might have applied for:Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Manager, Quality Assurance Administrator, Q&A Engineer
