You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating laser machines to produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications.This role requires someone who can work confidently with minimal supervision, maintain high quality standards, work as part of a team, and contribute to production efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Set up, programme, and operate laser machines independentlyAdjust settings for different materials and thicknessesRead and interpret technical drawings and job sheets accuratelyCarry out in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet tolerancesOptimise machine performance to improve efficiency and reduce wasteMaintain equipment and ensure a safe working environmentEssential Requirements:Proven experience operating laser machinesExperience working with aluminiumAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings confidentlyHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workStrong organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamIf you are an experienced Laser Operator looking for a secure, long-term role with progression and competitive pay, we encourage you to apply.If you have any questions, please call Katie on 07340 782683.TPBN1_UKTJ
