This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can develop new business opportunities while supporting and motivating a successful recruitment team.A successful Branch Manager will lead from the front, ensuring strong client relationships, consistent delivery for candidates, and the achievement of branch revenue targets.Key responsibilities include:Leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultantsDriving branch performance against revenue and growth targetsDeveloping new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationshipsManaging the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise performanceEnsuring compliance with company and industry regulationsCreating a positive and high performing culture within the branchAbout YouWe are looking for a results driven recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering success.
