We are recruiting for an experienced Mould Shop Manager for a leading manufacturer of cabling systems. The products manufactured encompass various engineering sectors including the automotive and defense markets. This role involves managing the team, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality moulds, and maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and production standards. The Mould Shop Manager will collaborate with various departments to meet production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Please call Alan for more details on both.Hours:Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm (Friday )Benefits: Pension Free parkingAsk for more detailsKey Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management:Supervise, train, and develop mould shop personnel, including toolmakers, machinists, and technicians.Ensure that team members are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure moulds are manufactured to specification.
