The main purpose of this role is to carry out essential repairs, providing accurate job updates using our app, and making recommendations for further works where necessary. Key Responsibilities of a Drainage EngineerConduct reactive and maintenance works, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.Emergency drainage repair and maintenance services.Maintain effective communication with our 24-hour helpdesk team and provide accurate job updates using our app.Utilise your drainage and plumbing background to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera work.Demonstrate proficiency in high-pressure water jetting techniques.
