The role is a mix between office and field based and requires great interpersonal skills and flexibility:installation and commissioning of units at clients sitestraining of operators and supporting them with applications, setup and automation/computer controlon site preventative maintenance, calibration and serviceadvising customers on technical issues and fault diagnosis. xjdpvnf Including part numbers/pricing on the phone and via e-mailmodification and upgrades of JULABO equipmentcompiling method statements and risk assessments for the workshop and onsite visitsensuring demo units are in working order; assisting with loading and unloadingfollowing up leads from sales teams with regards to support service and repairsidentifying potential leads at site and briefing the appropriate sales team member to follow upWhat we need?qualification and experience in maintenance, support and installation of sophisticated electro-mechanical systemsbackground in temperature control, heat transfer and refrigeration would be usefulan ability to learngreat communication skillsknowledge of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Modbus, Ethernet/IP)office IT systems, including Word, email etc.willingness to travel/overnight stays
