As a Senior Estates Technical Manager in our Health team, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and reliable estates services that help keep a busy hospital running smoothly. Your work will have a direct positive impact on patient experience, the local community and the long-term resilience of the hospital environment.You'll help shape and grow our estates function, support future-focused improvements, and play an important role in ensuring the hospital infrastructure continues to meet essential operational, safety and compliance standards.What you’ll do as a Senior Estates Technical Manager You'll be entrusted to:Lead, motivate and develop a diverse estates team to deliver excellent, compliant servicesBuild trusted relationships with the client, NHS partners and wider stakeholdersEnsure the hospital’s building, fabric, plant and equipment are safe, reliable and maintained to required standardsOversee health, safety and legislative compliance within a healthcare environmentManage budgets responsibly, identifying savings and driving continuous improvementDoes this sound like you? You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teamsKnowledge of building services, healthcare estates requirements and relevant standardsExperience working in an NHS or private healthcare facilities environmentConfidence managing budgets, analysing performance data and driving improvementExcellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationshipsVetting and checks A Standard DBS check will be carried out for this position. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands, and warnings as permitted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
