Senior Pensions Administrator A well-established and growing pensions consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join its expanding administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pensions professional with Defined Benefit (DB) scheme experience who enjoys technical work, mentoring colleagues, and delivering high-quality service to clients and scheme members.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality pension administration services, supporting complex calculations, reviewing work, and ensuring client service standards are met.What you'll be doing: Deliver all aspect of pensions administration tasks to a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes.Perform and check manual pension benefit calculations.Handle complex member and client queries, providing clear and accurate responses.Support the management of monthly and annual scheme processes to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.Attend client meetings when required.Assist with mentoring and developing junior team members.What we're looking for: Strong experience in Defined Benefit pension administration, including performing and reviewing manual pension calculations.Good understanding of current pensions legislation and regulatory frameworks.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues within a team environment.If you’re an experienced DB Pensions Administrator ready to step into a senior role, or an experienced Senior Administrator looking for a fresh challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
