Provide clear insights into project performance, risks, and progress to support effective decision-making and successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed, logic-driven project schedules (Primavera P6) across the full lifecycle—from concept through to delivery.Analyse critical paths, risks, and delays; implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme integrity.Lead schedule reviews of contractor and supply chain programmes to ensure compliance and quality.Support scenario planning and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to track performance and forecast outcomes.Conduct schedule risk analysis and manage baseline changes with full audit traceability.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure realistic planning assumptions.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in project planning within large-scale construction or infrastructure environments.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office tools.Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing.Experience working with standard forms of contract (e.g. NEC/FIDIC) and assessing delay impacts.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
