You will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the retailer.Vehicle Technician / Service TechnicianKey responsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician / Service Technician will be:To receive work from the workshop controller and carry out related checks, administration and protection routinesTo assess tool and equipment requirements and communicate any related issuesTo service and repair all vehiclesTo report on all additional repair requirements as they are identifiedTo make written and verbal reports on service and repair activity to the workshop controller in order to obtain authorisationTo complete all administrative procedures (including warranty) relating to service and repair workTo maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environmentTo undertake vehicle road tests when necessaryTo assist with development and training of other techniciansTo attend meetings and training programmes as requiredTo perform other duties in support of other team members as requiredWhats in it for you as aVehicle Technician / Service Technician?With our benefits there is something good for everyone.
