RIBA Stage 2: Update and reissue the CIS Specification with spatial requirements and validated assumptions. RIBA Stage 3: Finalise the CIS Specification for ITT, including full technical detail and quantities; freeze specification for change control. RIBA Stage 4: Work alongside contractor design teams on CIS infrastructure (ducts, entry points, NERs, PoPs, containment systems, user presentation points). Issue ECR 3 and review full design packs. RIBA Stage 5: Conduct inspections (directly or via SCIDA) and review As-Fitted ECR 4 submissions; issue ECR 5. Provide documentation for Defence Digital, Marshall and ADWiMS as required. RIBA Stage 6: Confirm the completion of CIS infrastructure works and deliver the final handover package to the site SCIDA. Ensure compliance with MOD and Telent Health & Safety, Environmental and Equality & Diversity policies. Maintain compliance with all MOD security requirements. Attend project and site meetings, liaise closely with station communications teams and ensure the SCIDA site engineer is aware of any wider project impacts. SC Clearance required; UK National.
