Youll be responsible for diagnosing faults, supporting service teams, and ensuring high standards across lift maintenance and modernisation projects.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical support and troubleshooting on passenger liftsDiagnosing faults and delivering effective repair solutionsSupporting Service Engineers with complex technical issuesTesting and supporting lift modernisation worksWorking across a variety of lift equipment and manufacturersManaging your own workload across a regional patchWhat Were Looking ForProven xjdpvnf experience within the lift industry (service / repairs / technical support)NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering (or Level 3 with progression towards Level 4)Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsGood working knowledge of a range of lift equipment and manufacturersAbility to work independently and manage your own regionFull UK Driving LicenceRight to work in the UK
