The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.We are hiring Warehouse operatives to work on the night shift in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire. Ongoing work with some permanent roles available after trial.Shift:Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday toSaturdayHours:18.00 to 05.00 or 07.00 to 18.00Pay rates: Nights14.37basic (16.10inc hol pay) Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours workedDays 13.47 basic (15.10 inc hol pay) over after 45 hours workedKey Responsibilities:Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage Stack items safely and efficientlyPick items as per the guidelines provided.Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.Move goods around siteand load trailersFollow company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements:Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.
