Youll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while supporting the growth of our business and team.What You'll Do :Supervise electricians and subcontractor teams on domestic propertiesCheck and sign off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarms)Register jobs with Building Control and oversee subcontractor certificatesConduct weekly site audits and provide technical support to engineers and site teamsProduce monthly reports for clients and maintain compliance with GDPR and company policiesSupport junior colleagues and help develop their skillsWork between office and site visits to ensure full compliance with project specificationsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical SupervisorKnowledge of legislation, procedures, reporting, and KPIsStrong communication skills to present and explain technical topicsCompetent in MS Office 365 and certification software (e.g., EasyCert/Click)Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focusedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility regarding travel and extended hours when requiredQualifications:ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or CSCS card2382-18 Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018Level 3 Inspection & Testing qualification 2391, 2394/2395 or equivalentAsbestos AwarenessFull, clean UK driving licenceDesirable, but not essential:Degree-level education or equivalentRelevant professional qualificationsWhy work with us?
