Actively identifying and acquiring land and property to expand our portfolio of more than 4,000 homes, you will assess the feasibility of potential projects and oversee contractors and consultants to achieve best practice and best value. At the same time, we will look to you to lead and manage the development team, obtain development grant funding and liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies and our development partners, so you will require commercial acumen, along with great communication, influencing and people skills.This is a permanent, full-time position, working37 hours per week.About youExperienced in residential development from land acquisition to programme delivery, you should be a skilled project manager with deep technical, regulatory, contractual, procurement and legal knowledge.
