You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and the public sector. Responsibilities As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will take a leading role across a broad range of professional and project-led services, including:Conducting building surveys and technical due diligenceLeading contract administration and project management instructionsManaging planned preventative maintenance programmes and defect analysisDelivering party wall and dilapidations instructionsProviding expert advice and maintaining strong client relationshipsMentoring and supporting junior team membersContributing to team performance and service deliveryYou will also have the opportunity to support business development activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
