The PackageSalary up to 45,000 per year (depending on experience) based on a 40-hour weekPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Paid door-to-doorAnnual bonus schemeRegular overtime opportunitiesCompany van (fully stocked and racked)Specialist tools, PPE and workwear providedMobile phone / PDA providedPension scheme (after qualifying period)28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with serviceOngoing manufacturer and external training opportunitiesThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be an experienced and reliable engineer with a strong technical background and a professional approach.Essential skills and experience:NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningCurrent F-Gas certificationFull UK driving licenceProven experience in fault finding and diagnosticsCompetence in pressure testing, evacuation, dehydration and refrigerant chargingGood electrical knowledge (single and three phase) and ability to read wiring diagramsDesirable:Experience with VRV/VRF systems and chillersAdditional qualities:Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills with both colleagues and customersProfessional and customer-focused attitudeAbility to interpret technical drawings, schematics and manualsProactive approach with strong problem-solving skillsBasic IT skills (training provided)Flexible approach to overtime when requiredPositive work ethic with a can-do attitudeThe role and responsibilitiesAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a growing and professional team.Key responsibilities include:Field-based service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systemsFault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairsAttending reactive service calls (including participation in an on-call rota approx. xjdpvnf 1 in 10 weeks, depending on team size)Carrying out occasional planned preventative maintenanceLocationThis is a mobile role covering industrial, commercial and residential sites, primarily across the South of England and London, with travel from the Eynsham, Oxfordshire area.
