This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care within a nursing home setting.As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the home operates in line with regulatory standards while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for residents.
