We're hiring a Technician that isn't afraid to get stuck in on the additional hands on tasks! If you have experience in Spills , groundworks or remediation and a knack for problem-solving, we want you on board.We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual with the right attitude to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Technician. Experience is helpful but not required - we will provide full training and support. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career within the environmental waste industry.What You'll Be Doing: High-pressure water jetting and spill clean-upsGroundworks, remedial works and Tank upliftsTank/interceptor installation, servicing, and inspectionsSpill response and industrial cleaning dutiesSupporting emergency response teams when duty callsTraining up to national grid & rail standardsParticipate in the on call rotaResponsibility for ensuring all vehicle checks is undertaken prior to commencing any works. It is the post holder's responsibility for ensuring all required equipment is located and stored on the allocated vehicle for the pursuance of works.Reporting any vehicle defects to supervision as soon as identified.Represent themselves and the company to the highest standardQualificationsWhat We Need From You: Experience with RAMS documentationA flexible, can-do attitude - some overtime & call-outs requiredBackground in multi-skilled trade work (plant operation experience is a bonus!)Willingness to work away when needed - hotels & travel coveredFull Training Will be given to the successful candidateAdditional InformationAdler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
