This firm is growing and seeking a driven Mortgage & Protection Consultant to join their expanding customer team. The role offers the chance to work with warm, existing clients, focusing on advice, relationship-building, and maximising protection opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Advising existing clients on mortgage and protection solutionsManaging your own pipeline from enquiry through to completionDelivering compliant, high-quality salesSubmitting your own applications while the in-house team handles case progression and complianceMaximising protection opportunities with a strong conversion focusWhat Were Looking For:CeMAP 1 qualified (CeMAP 2 & 3 desirable)Previous mortgage advisory experienceSelf-starter who can work independently and manage their own workloadStrong focus on protection sales and excellent customer outcomesFlexibility to work 5 days across a 7-day rotaDesirable Skills:Experience managing a mortgage client pipelineAbility to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsHow to Apply:Interested?
