Team/Role Overview When you’re passionate about sourcing talent for revenue‑generating positions, this role invites you to join Citi’s Global Talent Sourcing team. The sourcing team handles direct execution of candidate management, search, and intelligence. You will support our Global Markets business with a focus on COO and Quantitative Analytics hiring, and cover other revenue‑generating lines such as Investment Banking and Wealth based on demand. It provides consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services—including consumer banking, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management—helping clients achieve strategic objectives with cutting‑edge solutions and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity.What you’ll doWork with hiring managers and recruitment partners to manage talent sourcing processesTake ownership for delivering talent candidate pipelines against assigned requisitionsBuild and maintain a network of talent candidates in priority disciplines and marketsOversee the provision of high‑quality market intelligence (e.g., organisational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)Partner with the in‑house Executive Search functionConduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirementsPerform against set metrics and continually improve outcomes—contributing to the quality, time, and cost of talent acquisition for the Executive & Specialist segmentFacilitate feedback to key stakeholders regarding the talent market across EMEAEnsure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best‑practice talent sourcing guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment processParticipate in continuous improvement projectsWhat we’ll need from youDirect delivery experience of sourcing in‑house, RPO, or within the recruitment agency industryExperience sourcing across Risk, Quants, or EquitiesExpert knowledge of specialist ‘resourcing’ market practices—able to consistently and proactively identify, locate, and attract passive and active candidates at all levels using sourcing techniquesExpert knowledge of sourcing via social media channels, Boolean or x‑ray searchingA strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channelsCredibility with candidates and leaders: ability to lead conversations and influence outcomesSubject‑matter expertise with contacts for market intelligence, referrals, and pipelining needsDemonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignmentsExperience managing candidates through a recruitment processProven ability to take ownership and accountabilityExperience utilising Workday and Eightfold is beneficial but not requiredWhat we can offer you We work hard to create a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
