The role will involve supervising electrical teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with rail industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising E&P teams delivering electrical works across rail infrastructure projectsEnsuring all works are carried out safely and in compliance with rail standards and proceduresCoordinating site activities and supporting project delivery across multiple locations on the routeProviding technical guidance and oversight on electrical installations, maintenance, and fault findingMaintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on siteKey RequirementsValid PTSProven experience working with up to 650V systems, including feeder vaults, battery renewals, and 650V fault findingStrong electrical rail background with hands-on experience supervising electrical teams within RailCompleting and managing all associated office-based documentation, including work planning, isolation documentation, and relevant rail safety paperworkAbility to work across multiple sites on a roster with flexibility to cover day or night shiftsIf you are an experienced E&P Supervisor looking for your next long-term opportunity, please submit your CV to Amy Naden at Morson Vital today!-amy . naden (at) vital . uk . com-07717 306 737JBRP1_UKTJ
