HGV Class 2 Driver Day Shifts People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Tipton, West Midlands. Shifts: Monday to Friday: start times between 6.00am - 8.00am Rates of Pay: 15.00 per hour Benefits: Excellent hourly rates Weekly pay Immediate starts available Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties: Carry out multi-drop deliveries to various locations Drive Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently between sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is safely and securely loaded Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers Report any vehicle faults or maintenance needs to management Assist with loading and unloading as required Essential Skills: Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence Minimum of 12 month's experience driving Category C vehicles Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card No more than six points for minor offences (no major endorsements) Good level of written and spoken English Punctuality and strong time management Solid understanding of road transport laws and safety regulations Ability to operate both manual and automatic gearboxes Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable Experience: Previous experience in multi-drop delivery driving Experience operating other commercial vehicles Training Provided: Full training and ongoing support provided throughout employment Apply: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
