We are working in partnership with a reputable complex care provider to recruit a Regional Nurse Manager to support the delivery and oversight of high-quality, community-based care packages across Cornwall.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing development of care teams within a growing service.Package :Salary of 45,000 rising to 50,000 post-probationMileage paid at 45p per mileStructured induction and training (accommodation provided)Opportunity to step into a regional leadership role with real autonomyMondayFriday working pattern (with on-call responsibilities)Employee Assistance ProgrammeRefer a friend schemeBlue light CardFull support with professional developmentOther great incentives and perks associated with this roleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical management of complex care packages, ensuring care is safe, effective, and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage a portfolio of complex care packages within the communityComplete and review clinical assessments, care plans, and risk assessmentsUndertake audits and regular care package reviews to ensure quality and complianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records, including medication documentationWork collaboratively with MDTs and ICBs to support coordinated care deliveryProvide clinical leadership, mentoring, and ongoing support to care teamsEnsure adherence to clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory standardsParticipate in an on-call rota, providing clinical advice and support for incidentsCandidate Requirements:Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PINDemonstrable experience within complex care and/or community-based servicesPrevious experience in a clinical leadership or management roleStrong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and care planningExcellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the regionThis is a great opportunity to join a provider where youll have real impact across services, not just manage from a distance.
