Key Account Manager – Dermatology – Scotland, North East and NIExclusive vacanciesNew team buildApril start dateOur client is a innovative Biotech company who have relentlessly followed the science to find solutions for patients with critical unmet medical needs.Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek talented Key Account Manager’s who will have responsibility for their launch into specialist dermatology.The KAM is responsible for driving sales growth, market access and advocacy to ensure the successful launch of their dermatology product across a defined territory.The role focuses on identifying and engaging key clinical and access stakeholders to ensure eligible patients can benefit from their medicines, achieve territory and organizational goals whilst conducting themselves in full compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, company and legal policies.This will include the following:Build trusted relationships with Dermatologists, Specialist Nurses, Pharmacists, GPwERs and NHS decision-makers, understanding local treatment pathways and funding processesDevelop and execute high quality territory and account business plans to maximise access for patients to products across dermatology centres, primary care and specialist networksUtilise an omni-channel strategy to leverage local engagement opportunities, mobilise and optimise GP referrals to speciality care and drive timely, appropriate patient identification and access to treatmentEnsure favourable access environments by gaining local formulary inclusions and treatment pathway optimisations to maximise sales opportunitiesCandidate experience required:ABPI qualification (mandatory)Experienced in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally within dermatology preferableProven record of Key Account Management and Market Access successStrong understanding of the NHS environment, pathways and healthcare structureExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindsetStrategic thinking and analytical capabilityStrong relationship management and influenceVery strong communication and presentation skillsProficient in leveraging digital solutions.A Highly Competitive Basic, Bonus and Benefits package will be paid.Please apply online or contact CHASE for further information on 0131 553 6644.Reference Number: 20481
