With continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.This role will see you providing full commercial support across drylining projects, driving profitability through effective cost management, timely applications, subcontractor control, and accurate financial reporting.Responsibilities Commercial ManagementProvide full commercial oversight across projects, maintaining and maximising profitability through effective cost control and value management. Contracts & TenderingCreate, review, and manage tender documentation, contracts, and formal notices, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance. Risk & Financial ControlDemonstrate strong commercial awareness, identifying and managing financial and contractual risks while driving favourable project outcomes.
