We are recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly learning disabilities service providing support within a respite setting and community outreach. This role suits caring, reliable people who want to make a genuine difference. Experience is welcome but full training is provided and attitude is the most important factor. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role - you must have the Right to Work in the UK to apply. Package Day rate 13.31ph / Waking nights 14.76ph Night shift 21:0008:00 (waking) Flexible full or part-time contracts Paid induction, shadowing and training Combination of respite and outreach hours Ongoing development and qualifications Supportive management team Alternate weekend working Responsibilities Providing 1:1 support to people with learning disabilities Assisting with personal care and daily living Supporting community access and activities Following individual care and support plans Working both in respite and outreach services Recording and reporting accurately Promoting independence and choice Working as part of a small dedicated team Requirements Caring, patient and dependable approach Willingness to work waking nights Open to working respite Good communication and teamwork skills Drivers desirable Experience helpful but not essential Interest in developing new skills Right to work in the UK If you would like to join a service where people are valued and supported to live full lives, please submit your CV to apply.
