Support Worker We are seeking compassionate individuals to join a reablement team supporting people to regain independence across Wiltshire. Position: Support Worker / Carer Salary: 13.47 to 13.90 per hour plus 10% unsocial hours Location: Chippenham and Salisbury Hours: Part time, rota between 7am and 10pm Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Ongoing, early application encouraged About the Role This is a short term, therapy led reablement service focused on helping people regain independence and reduce the need for long term care. Key responsibilities include: Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care Promoting independence and confidence Working alongside occupational therapists to deliver personalised plans Maintaining accurate records and clear communication Travelling across Wiltshire to support customers in the community About You Caring, empathetic and dependable Able to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of the needs of older or disabled people Strong written and verbal communication skills No formal qualifications required, training and Care Certificate provided Previous care experience or Level 3 qualification desirable About the Organisation A local authority delivering essential community services, committed to inclusion, dignity and respect.
