Secondary Teaching AssistantThe following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.95-105 per dayImmediate StartQualiteach Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant for a school in Leeds. This may include working with children with moderate and complex learning and behaviour needs. The setting is a school who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.The Role: Can involve working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff, supporting challenging behaviour, SEN requirements and complex medical needs Following care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents where necessary Using a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists May include carrying out individual interventions to aid childrens learningWhat you will need: Experience of working with children who have complex needs A willingness to jump in and help where necessary Being a positive role model and influence The ability to support challenging behaviour, encourage independence and be patient and willing to build long lasting relationships with xjdpvnf pupils Have a good awareness of safeguarding proceduresWhat we offer:When you work with Qualiteach, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
