Gas Safety Contracts Manager Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Location: (Primarily remote)6 Month Interim Contract, Competitive Hourly Rate37 Hours a weekSellick Partnership is proud to support a leading Housing organisation with the recruitment of a Gas Safety Contracts Manager on an initial 6month assignment, with the opportunity for extension.This is a homebased role with occasional travel focused on ensuring safe, compliant, and highquality gas services across a housing portfolioKey duties of the Gas Safety Contracts Manager includes:Mobilising new gas contracts, including one already underway and due to go live next year. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth transition, operational readiness, and full compliance from day oneOverseeing daytoday delivery and compliance of gas servicing and repair contractsEnsuring contractors meet quality, productivity, and safety standardsLeading on mobilisation activity for new contracts, working closely with internal teams and external partnersMonitoring gas safety performance through audits, inspections, KPIs and data analysisMaintaining robust records, databases, and risk management documentationActing as a liaison point for residents, stakeholders, regulators, and partner organisationsSupporting accident/incident investigations and continuous improvement initiativesExperience required for the Gas Safety role:Strong ACS and gas safety knowledgeProven experience overseeing gas or compliancefocused contractsAbility to work independently in a homebased environment while collaborating across multiple teamsExcellent IT skills, including use of compliance systems and reporting toolsDesirable (but not essential) qualifications and knowledge:IOSH General CertificateGas safety or risk management qualificationsMembership of Gas Safe / AGSM (or equivalent)Solid understanding of housing regulations, the Regulator of Social Housing, and compliance expectations xjdpvnf If you are interested in the role of Gas Safety Contracts Manager, please apply now.
