They pride themselves on supporting both clients and employees, encouraging professional development and fostering long-term career progression.Key Responsibilities:Prepare review packs for client meetingsWrite detailed client reports and recommendation lettersPrepare advice documentation, including application and nomination formsSubmit Requests for Information (RFIs) to providersUndertake cashflow planning analysisConduct research using internal tools and approved provider/fund panelsMaintain accurate client records on Intelligent Office and SharePointCollaborate closely with Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client outcomesSupport the wider technical team in meeting regulatory and business objectivesWhat Were Looking For:Minimum of 2 years experience in a paraplanning or technical report-writing roleLevel 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards), with ambitions towards Chartered status (Level 6)Strong understanding of financial services regulation and legislationKnowledge of investment, pension, and protection products, including attitude to riskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookA proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong work ethicCommitment to ongoing professional developmentDesirable Skills:Experience using Intelligent Office and SharePointStrong technical knowledge across financial planning areasExperience in cashflow modelling toolsA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a teamAlignment with a client-first, independent advice philosophyHow to Apply:Interested?
