Work within a high value claimant Catastrophic Injury & Clinical Negligence teamAssist a very experienced team leader with matters including:- Take initial instructions- Identify and proof liability witnesses- Create & draft letters of claim- Attend conferences with experts, counsel & clients (alone or with the team)- Prepare all matters for issue- Manage all critical dates - & comply with court timetables- Prepare court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc- Instruct and brief counselWhat will you need? To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (with practicing rights, or very soon able to obtain these)To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner4+ years PQEIdeally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury or clinical negligence casesEL/PL experienceCatastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essentialLitigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated mattersExperience handling agreed costs workBenefits Include: Salary up to £47,000Annual bonus100% work from home if required25 days holiday (increasing over time)All equipment supplied inc laptopWhat next?
