Our client is a reputable law firm with a strong Private Client practice. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, client-focused advice across areas including wills, executries, and estate planning. They are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) to join their supportive and experienced Private Client team in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Aberdeen. Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, and executries. Assist senior solicitors with more complex estate planning and administration work. Draft legal documents and provide clear, practical advice to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a professional and empathetic approach. Ensure all files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify soon) with a strong interest in Private Client work. Relevant traineeship experience in private client is preferred. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
