In this role, youll complete a wide range of services across a mixed commercial, residential & retail portfolio in the Northwest.Key Responsibilities Responding to reactive drainage callouts including blocked drains, toilets, sinks, and external drainage systems. High pressure water jetting to clear blockages and maintain drainage systems. Carrying out CCTV drain surveys to identify faults such as collapses, root ingress, or blockages. Drain repairs and maintenance, including patch lining, pipe repairs, and minor excavation works. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on drainage systems across commercial and residential sites. Working on internal and external drainage systems, including stacks, soil pipes, manholes, and underground pipework. Diagnosing drainage faults and recommending repairs to clients or management. Completing reports and job sheets following surveys, repairs, or maintenance work.
