This is a target-driven sales and partnership role focused on building relationships with schools, generating referrals, and securing new programme placements for young people who need alternative education pathways. You will proactively engage with headteachers,SENCOs, pastoral teams and local authorities to introduce Brightstars programmes and demonstrate the positive impact they deliver. Success in this role will be measured through clearKPIs including new school partnerships, referral growth, and programme placements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and wants to combine strong commercial performance with real social impact. Main Responsibilities Proactively identify, contact and engage schools across the West Midlands to introduce Brightstars Alternative Provision Futures programme. Generate new leads through phone outreach, meetings, networking and referrals. Build strong relationships with headteachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams and education professionals. Convert new relationships into programme referrals and placements. Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential school partners. RepresentBrightstar professionally at meetings, presentations and local education events. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Build long-term partnerships with schools and local authorities to ensure ongoing referrals.Identify opportunities to expandBrightstars programmes into new schools and areas. Support the development of corporate and community partnerships that strengthen the organisations growth. Track outreach, referrals and placements to measure performance against KPIs. Maintain accurate records of activity, partnerships and opportunities. Produce performance reports and insights for the Senior Leadership Team. Use data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and growth. Represent Brightstars mission and values in every interaction with partners. Support the organisations vision of empowering young people through sport, education and mentoring. Continually develop knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and how they support young peoples success.
