This is a field-based role where you will attend customer sites to diagnose, repair, and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings on a wide range of machinery and equipment.This role involves travelling to customer locations including construction sites, factories, farms, and industrial facilities to provide fast and effective hose repair solutions.ResponsibilitiesAttend customer sites to diagnose and replace hydraulic hosesManufacture and fit hydraulic hose assembliesProvide emergency breakdown support for hydraulic systemsIdentify and supply correct hoses, fittings, and componentsMaintain van stock and ensure tools/equipment are organisedDeliver excellent customer service on-siteComplete job reports and documentationSkills and Experience:Mechanical or hydraulic experience preferredExperience with hydraulic hoses, fittings, and fluid power systems advantageousFull UK driving licence requiredGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a mobile, field-based environmentPrevious experience as a Hydraulic Hose Technician / Mobile Service EngineerKnowledge of plant, agricultural, or construction machineryExperience using hose crimping equipmentWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
