This is a hands-on role combining field service, technical support, and workshop repairs.You will travel across the UK supporting customers, diagnosing faults, and ensuring our products are installed and operating to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair plumbing and electrical faults on-siteProvide technical support to installers, contractors, and end usersConduct root cause analysis and complete service reportsManage warranty cases in line with company policyCarry out workshop repairs and refurbishment of returned productsSupport product testing, quality checks, and modificationsWork closely with Technical, Commercial, and Sales teamsMaintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standardAbout YouQualified plumber with recognised certificationStrong experience in bathroom installations and fault findingElectrical knowledge (18th Edition preferred or equivalent experience)Proven experience in a field service or service engineer roleConfident xjdpvnf working independently across multiple sitesStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsComfortable using reporting tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Excellent communication and customer-facing skillsFull UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwideWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryCompany vehicleCareer development and training opportunitiesA supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunity to work with a growing international business
